Marie Burns, MBA., Marie received her Master’s in Business Administration from Northcentral University in 2013 with honors and holds a Bachelor’s Degree specializing in Accounting and Finance, from University of Phoenix. She was certified in Biblical Counseling through Scope Ministries International in 2003, and has received CEU Credits relating to mental health through the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. 

She is also Certified in Critical Incident and Stress Management (CISM) through BMC University of Maryland and Oklahoma Critical Incident and Stress Foundation for disaster relief assistance counseling. She has also served on Scope management training teams with disaster preparedness and the relief counsel after NYC 9-11 twin towers attacks.
Marie has over 15 years of non-profit management experience in various positions which include Executive Director, Development, Accounting, and Program Director. She has served as a Board Member for non-profit organizations including Youth for Christ and Grace Given Ministries. Marie has extensive experience in grant writing and fund development, as well as program development and executive leadership. She has experience operating federally funded, nationally affiliated, youth employment and education training programs, for at-risk youth. She has also served on collaboration committees with political leadership coalitions and national fund raising efforts for the efficient progression of government funded programs.

Marie is a dynamic leader who enjoys assisting others with group and individual leadership skills. She is driven towards organizational growth, strategic planning, and program management. She enjoys sharing the successful service work of others and loves being a part of a successful transformational process.

Marie is a mother of two grown children and three grandchildren. Her hobbies include family, training and teaching Martial Arts (20 years in several disciplines), dancing, sports, and serving others.

Renee started at the Lions State office in June of 2011. She also has two sons and three grandchildren. She is a member of the OKC Northwest Lions Club and works tirelessly at the State Office to assist both the Lions Service Foundation and the Lions of Oklahoma. Her efforts as an administrative secretary were recognized in 2013 at the State Convention for outstanding Service.

Keven Cody currently works for the Edmond Public Schools as well as University of Central Oklahoma and the Oklahoma Lions Service Foundation. He has over 12 years’ experience driving tour busses all over the United States as well as 6 years driving school busses. 

He went to OSU for Fire Service and served in fire and rescue for 7 years, of which 3 years as acting chief. Keven was the Captain of the Man Trackers for Heartland Search and Rescue and was also a Storm Chaser for Emergency Management of Logan County. He has extensive law enforcement training and served as Ride Captain for the Patriot Guard Riders in Oklahoma.
Keven has lived in Edmond on an acreage close to Arcadia, Oklahoma for 23 years. He is married to a wonderful wife, Tina, and has one daughter in elementary school. Keven enjoys working on the Mobile Health Screening Unit and takes pride in the work of Oklahoma Lions. A Lion, himself of OKC Westside Lions club, he actively works toward serving others with pride, joy, and enthusiasm.
