This is Oklahoma Lions’ premiere fundraising project. Cowboy Cadillac is our largest fundraising event!
It helps support Lions State Projects including: the Mobile Health Screening Unit, the KidSight program, the Ok Lions Eye Bank, and the Ok Lions Boys Ranch “Meadows of Hope”!

The drawing was held on after the Veterans Day Parade in Bartlesville on November 11th, 2017 at 1pm.

Congratulations to all the winners and especially a big thank you to all the clubs who participated in raising funds for our Lions State Projects! This year there were over 65K in tickets sold. Some of the proceeds will go to the Mobile Health Screening Unit to help match the Lions Clubs International Foundation grant.

Sell tickets at Lions special events:
Please set a goal to sell $30 in tickets per member at a minimum.
$30 from each member in the state will help reach our goal to raise 125K for Lions well deserving projects.
Lions who sell $30 worth will also receive a 2018 Cowboy Cadillac award pin.
Let’s BELIEVE BIG and remember this special event’s purpose is to bring awareness to the work Oklahoma State Lions Projects are doing. Lives are being changed everyday thanks to the dedication of Oklahoma Lions!

LIONS Cowboy Cadillac posters, tickets, and tracking forms are included in this packet. Please return ticket stubs and monies monthly to the state office. November 4th, 2017 will be the final day for collection to count towards the awards and prizes for the year. However, the drive can continue through the drawing on Saturday, November 11th, 2017, if tickets are presented at the dealership on the show room floor prior to the drawing.
Important!!!! We ask you to enter start and end numbers for tickets sold within your club. Please use the provided spreadsheets. These include the information we need to properly track sales, and will help us to ensure proper credit for the participants.
There are a limited number of tickets this year, we will not be able to send out additional tickets to clubs who have already been issued tickets until monies have been returned for the previous tickets issued. This is to be fair to all participating clubs!
15% of club sales are awarded to the TOP-SELLING CLUB in the State
10% of club sales are awarded to the remaining 4 TOP-SELLING CLUBS in each District (per capita of club membership)
Special Recognition to Top-Selling Lion in the State and a special award
All individual sales will go toward a Louis Lackey Fellowship ($250) or Dr. Bob McCullough Fellowship ($500), and the Judge Edgar Vaught ($1000) Awards
These will be awarded at the end of the fiscal year based on a combination of individual contributions, Cowboy Cadillac ticket sales, and Building the Foundation contributions
